Yesenia Catalán

Yesenia Catalán is a Paralegal at Serowka Law with more than 10 years of experience in the legal field. She brings an extensive background in civil litigation, including insurance defense, personal injury, and trial and arbitration support.

Throughout her career, Yesenia has supported attorneys through all stages of litigation, from initial case development and discovery through depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. Her experience includes drafting legal documents, managing discovery, analyzing medical records, preparing medical chronologies, conducting legal research, and coordinating complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining Serowka Law, Yesenia served as a Managing Paralegal, where she managed a high-volume litigation caseload, supported multiple attorneys, and trained and mentored paralegals and legal assistants. Her leadership experience, attention to detail, and ability to manage demanding deadlines allow her to provide efficient and dependable support to both attorneys and clients.

Yesenia earned her Associate Degree from City Colleges of Chicago and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
